Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and IT Corner ("IT Corner", "Developer", "we", "us"), the developer and licensor of the EdgeTrader trading platform and its desktop, web, mobile and server components (collectively, the "Software"). By installing, accessing, downloading or otherwise using the Software you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not install or use the Software. Use by minors, by anyone prohibited from receiving the Software under applicable law, or for any unlawful purpose is strictly forbidden.

Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms, IT Corner grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the Software on devices you own or control, solely for your lawful access to financial markets through a broker, liquidity provider or exchange of your choice.

All right, title and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights, are and remain the exclusive property of IT Corner and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, create derivative works of, rent, lease, sell, distribute, or publicly display the Software except to the extent expressly permitted by mandatory law.

EdgeTrader is a software product. IT Corner is not a broker-dealer, exchange, clearing house, custodian, investment adviser, money services business or financial institution. The Software does not hold client funds, does not execute trades on its own behalf, and does not match orders. All quotes, market data, execution, custody, settlement and account funding are provided by the broker, exchange or liquidity provider you connect to.

Nothing in the Software constitutes investment, legal, tax or financial advice. Examples, screenshots, default symbols, demo accounts and educational materials are illustrative only and are not recommendations to buy, sell, hold or trade any instrument. You are solely responsible for evaluating the merits and risks of any trade.

Trading in foreign exchange, contracts for difference, futures, equities, cryptocurrencies and other leveraged instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You may lose some, all or more than your initial deposit. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Algorithmic and automated trading carries additional operational, connectivity and technical risk.

You acknowledge that you trade at your own risk, on your own initiative and with full knowledge of the relevant market and product. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, your choice of broker, your funding decisions and the configuration of any expert advisors, indicators, scripts or third-party plug-ins you run on the Software.

You agree that you will not, and will not permit any third party to:

• use the Software in violation of any applicable law, regulation or sanctions regime;
• use the Software to engage in market manipulation, fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing or any other illegal activity;
• access the Software using unauthorised credentials or share your credentials with any third party;
• introduce malware, exploits, scrapers or denial-of-service tooling, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any IT Corner or broker server;
• remove, obscure or alter any proprietary notices, trademarks or branding in the Software;
• resell, rebrand, host or commercially redistribute the Software without a separate written agreement with IT Corner.

To use EdgeTrader you may need to create an account with us and/or with a broker or liquidity provider. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, for all activity conducted under your account, and for promptly notifying us of any unauthorised access.

The Software may connect to or interoperate with third-party services, including brokers, liquidity providers, payment processors, app stores, push-notification services and analytics providers. IT Corner does not control and is not responsible for those services. Their availability, accuracy, pricing, execution quality and policies are governed by their own terms.

If you obtained the Software via Apple's App Store, Google Play, Huawei AppGallery or any other distribution platform (each, a "Store"), these Terms are between you and IT Corner and not between you and the Store. The Store is not responsible for the Software, its content, maintenance, support, warranties or any claims relating to it.

You agree to comply with the applicable Store's terms of service and usage rules. To the extent required by the Store, you acknowledge that the Store and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

We may issue updates, patches, hot-fixes, feature additions or removals at any time and without prior notice in order to maintain security, compatibility and product quality. Some updates may be mandatory in order to continue using the Software.

IT Corner may, at its sole discretion, modify, suspend, discontinue or limit any part of the Software, temporarily or permanently. We will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of material changes that significantly reduce functionality you actively use, but we are not obligated to do so where notice would be impractical or compromise security.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IT CORNER AND ITS LICENSORS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, QUIET ENJOYMENT AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IT Corner does not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, free from viruses or harmful components, that defects will be corrected, that orders will be executed, that prices will be accurate, that any expert advisor or strategy will be profitable, or that the Software will meet your requirements.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL IT CORNER, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, RESELLERS OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, TRADES, BUSINESS, OPPORTUNITY, GOODWILL, DATA OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Without limiting the foregoing, IT Corner is not responsible for losses caused by: market movements; broker, liquidity provider or exchange acts or omissions; slippage, requotes, spread widening or order rejection; latency, network outages or device failure; expert advisors, scripts, indicators, signals or strategies (whether yours or third-party); unauthorised access to your account; or force majeure events.

To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, the aggregate liability of IT Corner under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the fees actually paid by you to IT Corner for the Software in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 50.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless IT Corner, its affiliates and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (i) your use or misuse of the Software; (ii) your violation of these Terms or of any applicable law; (iii) your trading activity or the activity of any expert advisor, script or third-party tool you run on the Software; or (iv) your violation of any third-party right, including the rights of any broker, exchange or other user.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Software at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms, that your use poses a security or legal risk, or that suspension is required by law, regulation or a Store. Upon termination, the license granted to you ends and you must cease all use of the Software. Sections that by their nature should survive (including license restrictions, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law) will survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms become effective when posted on this page or otherwise communicated to you. Your continued use of the Software after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable at IT Corner's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence provide otherwise.
